As I spent time in meditation, I felt a creative energy emerge from within. What wants to be created? From there, I felt the emergence of a group of beings from beyond our physical reality. They are beings connected to other parts of our galaxy who are hoping to assist us with our ascension, our evolutionary process. They come with a sense of understanding and love for our future and what we are wanting to create for ourselves as well as the world in which we reside. They offer their support but wish to speak with us on a few matters.
There is an energy of what could be considered Lemurian consciousness here and aligning with it through our hearts. There is a return back to this consciousness as it lay deep within our own consciousness. We know how to create it. It is only to return home to ourselves.
The energy of the Pleiades emerges to assist us in the process of unfolding an updated body to be able to anchor in the energies we want to express on the planet. The body's endocrine system must be able to process more Universal light in order for this to occur. Working with them would help. We would do so by meeting with them on a light ship and proceeding with the proper updates so they can occur as seamlessly as possible. As always, you'll want to take care to rest and be gentle with your body as your dimensional perception and the doors to the spirit world open to a greater percentage.
The Sirian light team wishes to help us in the area of awakening a deeper level of soul connection within. This includes being able to perceive changes as they occur on an intuitive level but at a faster more precise rate than previously known to you. They would help this occur through stronger attunements to the water element and all creatures relevant to this element such as the cetaceans, so as to take us deeper into the realms of the unconscious and subtle realms to awaken our potential for FEELING. To be able to feel and feel deeply is of the utmost important they say, for to feel is to truly be connected to energy as it is translated through you and to receive messages and impressions accurately that are necessary for your evolution, your flow into the next phase of dimensional embodiment. There is also a desire to awaken deeper connections to lifetimes which are relevant to where you are now so as to create a clear stream or flow of energy into your current embodiment. Your wisdom which is perceived as dormant is available to you now. It is just for you to deepen your self connection enough to perceive it as available.
The next energy comes through as a milky white, silvery energy with sparkles all around. It appears as a whirling circular vortex that allows a change in understanding to occur. "Prepare for the next change" is the message here but it does not come with specifics of the change at hand. It only shares to prepare for this change through trusting your intuitive feelings and nudges. Your attunement to your sense of perception is essential, as this will show what is truly happening and how to properly prepare for what is in the works. You may be instructed on what to focus on, what to eat or drink or how to interact with the world in certain situations. Either way, listen to your guidance. Overall, this change feels health related as it encourages a healthier lifestyle and a focus on improving your health for the better.
There also feels to be an energy that brings through a population that feels indigenous. They offer peace through a peace pipe. This feels to be in response to an ongoing war or conflict as I'm hearing "put them down." "Them" being whatever is or has been used as a weapon. There feels to be an encouragement to move towards efforts that promote peaceful relationships so our world can be more peaceful overall.
Mother Gaia speaks and says to remain conscious of her force as she continues to speak through you. Continue to spend time with her, ground into her and allow her to provide you ample nourishment as you are an extension of her, Mother Earth. She says to abide by the forces you feel as you are being pulled to certain places, people and situations. This magnetic pull is Earth speaking to you and through you as you go where you are needed to make the changes that are so needed here.
